It's not easy for me to judge. I haven't been to America and you can't discriminate a whole country based off a few people from there so the only way I would be able to vote is UK as it is my place of residence. But that's just a biased view. That's why I don't see how people can truely vote on this stuff without knowing a lot about each other and the people living there.

UK IS the country. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are constituent countries, NOT countries. The are often referred to as countries by the Government, but in geographical terms they are constituents, hence why Gordon Brown is the Prime Minister of United Kingdom, not England. Republic of Ireland has a President because the Queen doesn't 'rule' their. So DDO is right, and he isn't even from UK, that must be embarrassing.
