With that in mind, most of the time they are also stupid. Here in Florida, the age that you get your Drivers license is 17 or 18. Having access to Alcohol and Driving = More accidents. And there are way too many stupid ass people driving already.

I'm 18 and wouldn't trust most of my friends on a tricycle, sober or not.

You should be able to. I think many people around the ages of 14-20 probably drink.
