I have a great way to get you a six pack FAST. I am only 16 and i have a well defiend six pack. I know that alot of you want to get one sense summer is on its way! And you want to impress the ladies.

Second: You will want to do this retine every other day. So start on Sunday, skip monday do it tuesday and so forth.
At first you will feel a burn the first few days. Thats good that means its working.
Third: A great way to help this out is to go get protine shakes and drink them after your workout. Another thing is to use ankle weights. I recomend that you do not use them right away mabe after a week.
Forth: Keep doing this every other day and you will start to get restoltes. I am a living fact!
