a martyr who dies defending his country or people.

Basicly, Al-Qaeda is an extremist religious group, who use the Quran to prove that they are not wrongdoers in the eyes of Allah.

So, Al-Qaeda is trying to destroy everyone, who is a non-believer.

Not all Muslims believe that terrorism is the answer to salvation in Allah's eyes, but all Al-Qaeda followers believe in the Quran.

guys im not against anyone, i'm just trying to explain to u that there is people who are muslims and there are people that are terrorist, the terrorist read the qura'an and got it in a wrong way thats why they are justifying terrorism is part of their religion.

what u are quoting from the qura'an is half misinterpreted and half missunderstood, its not an easy book like the ones u see in libraries.

Actually Terrorists can be any religion. Bin laden is a terrorist he is also a hardcore muslim. The IRA are Irish Terrorists i'm betting some of them are christians. A catholic or jewish man could plant a car bomb in a busy street and blow some people up. He would then be considered a terrorist however he still would be catholic.

qura'an is in arabic language and not every arabic word has a perfect translation in other languages.

what i mean is if some people invaded my country or my house and i went to defend my family and myself and i got killed "not killing myself" that is what martyr means according to qura'an.
