My uncle was once attacked on his way to friar tucks. He was put in a head lock and hit with a flick-bat. He pulled out the knife and stabbed the man once in the check. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison. He is huge now, but he doesn't like the screws. He broke a pool que over one because he tried to say my uncle was smoking in a non-smoking area. He gets out in 3 years when im 18. then were goin' to party and get girls Happy

Far to gun crazy in America, If using a gun wasn't your first option the guy might have survived this ordeal. But in all fairness the Police acted accordingly and dealt with the situation as they felt they needed to.

A man in my old neighborhood held his family hostage with a knife, and finally when he came outside to give up, he puts his arms in the air and the cops shot him 9 times and killed him. My mom was good friends with the mans wife.. and it literally happened like 2 buildings away from where I lived. Even though he held them hostage he only had a knife and didn't deserve to get shot 9 times..

Ok from a cops point they thought it was a gun. The problem here is that they did not identify themselves as the police, and did not give a warning.

They didn't even try to negotiate with him. Usually when something like that happens they try to calm the situation down before resorting to brutal force. Police are getting more and more unprofessional every day. We might as well just give every person a gun and let them run around being police vigilantes killing every person who holds a blunt object in their hands.

A kid getting expelled for an airsoft gun makes sense.. a guy dying for a hose nozzle doesn't even compare.
