I wouldnt be able to tell you. Ive been a brick shit house since birth. Just kidding, but youll lose most of your fat before you start gaining muscle. To get to that point itll take you about 3 months if you continue your workout plan. If you want to put serious muscle on hit the free weights and forget the cardiovascular stuff

To lose the weight do the treadmill and rowing machine. Until you lose all the weight you want to get rid of do two days of your original workout then one day of weights

Youll have to lose all your fat before youd even think about trying to build muscle. You should keep records of your body fat percentages weeks or months at a time, depending on your work rate etc. Once youre at a considerably low body fat % you should then start thinking and considering what workouts and diets youre going to need to gain muscle. Many people talk bullshit about what they can bench but once you realise the bench press can only work out one area? youll get over it, all you gotta do is get yourself a hold of a set of dumbells with weights that suit you. You can use dumbells to do the same motion you can do with a bench press PLUS inclined presses and flys. These all work the chest and partly the shoulders. But as you said, you want to get a flat stomach, preferably, so all youd really need to aim for at this time is just do cardio workouts and the best cardio workouts you can do is jogging, cycling, swimming and skipping. But building muscle is a long and enduring task for most, known as "hardgainers" and shit. Cant really say how long it will take you because for different people it takes different lengths of time man, so you should check out people like Scooby1961 on youtube and check his site out, hes got LOTS of shit to help you out on there Cool Man (aka Tustin) :y:

you will lose weight depending on how hard u work, not depending on how many days, if u work hard u will lose it quicker, if u work slow it will take longer, i go to gym and see a large guy their, he has ipod on and he running on treadmille, it has been a half a year now and he is now working on his muscles, he is looking ripped now, he said he sold his car and he cycles everywhere, even to work, like i said the harder u work, the greater the results, even with lifting weights it comes down to the person and how much he prepared to do
