Hi Guys .
So yeah , i hit the gym 4-6 times a week, im 13
i only do cardio mostly , and sometimes weights , eg 3 times a week or so , or 2 i dont know but anyway, how long will it take me to lose weight and put muscle on?
i do 10-20 min's on the treadmill ,
10 minutes on rowing machine
15-30 on crosstrainer
and maybe the stepper
how long will it take for me to lose my fat ? and put muscle on ?

Good, for you! You want to take breaks from the gym, go 2-3 times a week. If you go everyday your body doesn't have time to "expand" the muscle, of course that's me, because i weight train 3x a week. I'm also, 15 years old. Before you can
gain muscle, you must
lose the fat. You don't wanna lose ALL the fat, then you'll be starting from NOTHING. It's a
head start to be completely honest, when you gain muscle with fat it comes a lot quicker! It should take 4-6 weeks to lose most of your fat!
