Why So Serious?
Help Me Get My Nxt StaR*

So yeah , i hit the gym 4-6 times a week, im 13
i only do cardio mostly , and sometimes weights , eg 3 times a week or so , or 2 i dont know but anyway, how long will it take me to lose weight and put muscle on?

i do 10-20 min's on the treadmill ,
10 minutes on rowing machine
15-30 on crosstrainer
and maybe the stepper

how long will it take for me to lose my fat ? and put muscle on ?

Good, for you! You want to take breaks from the gym, go 2-3 times a week. If you go everyday your body doesn't have time to "expand" the muscle, of course that's me, because i weight train 3x a week. I'm also, 15 years old. Before you can gain muscle, you must lose the fat. You don't wanna lose ALL the fat, then you'll be starting from NOTHING. It's a head start to be completely honest, when you gain muscle with fat it comes a lot quicker! It should take 4-6 weeks to lose most of your fat!

like how much effort u are prepared to put in, meaning the more time u are on that treadmille, the quicker u will lose weight and u need to watch what u are eating, theirs no point going gym 1 day and then soon after running to chicken shop, LOL i know people who do that, u need to balance out your diet, and buy a pedal bike, and bike it to everywhere, and when ever u have free time, go gym, if its too fare or too late then go on a bike ride, also try bikeing it to gym, see? the more effort u put in the more quicker u will burn your body down to shape Smile

Ahh thanks for the reply , yeah im on a diet, also i live like literally right next to the gym lol 1minute away so i would bike there lol but no point lol

Hey thanks for the reply, Ermm well 3times a week on weight training?but everyday cardio , also so how much fat should i leave on? cos i dont know if i shold lose it all off , or what lol help me! thanks

Cardio 15 mins, then weight training! How much do you weight? You want to keep a decent amount on, or else you will be boney. You don't want that !

10st? Whats that? You should NEVER do more than 30 minutes of cardio a DAY.

...stones? I'm Canadian.. We use LBS. lol. If you do more than 30 consecutive minutes, you may hurt yourself in the long run.
