I have heard stories about people trying to steal cars, breaking into police stations and attempted robbery, but this one incident i heard about blew me away...

This man by the name of Michael McWhertor who is living in Philadelphia got upset one day because his mom took away his PlayStation 3. He got so enraged that he had (Stated In Court Hearing) planned to have some sort of a clawed hammer and slash him mother in the kitchen, and then stated that he had planned to finish her off with a kitchen chair leg. He reported her missing the next day, but then on his confession he added he would certainly not do it again.

Do it again? Is he kidding me. Look what a little online violence and a thirst for an obsession will do to someone. A young man, killed his mother, not a friend, not a criminal but his mother. The kind of things a game would have to do to you for you to feel that killing your mother will make you feel better or help you De-stress. and then to start breaking out in tears the next day because you wouldn't do it AGAIN! I think he deserves to go to jail. To kill your mother over a taken away PlayStation is not only criminal but disturbing. Please read the link if you want to read the report.

I'm pretty sure the restriction from the PS3 wasn't the thing that made him crack. Some other things probably led up to it.

That kid seriously needs some help, he's not right in the head. Can you imagine the type of therapy and trauma this kid is gonna have when he grows up? If his moms was all he had, hes gonna never forgive himself.
