Miss North Carolina may have won the Miss USA competition, but Miss California took top honors as Most Likely to Get Her Ass Kicked on the Way to the Parking Lot.
When out-and-proud blogger and guest judge Perez Hilton asked Carrie Prejean what she thought of legalizing gay marriage, the 21-year-old Miss California word-horked about "opposite marriage" (huhhh?) and rambled, "In my family I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there but that's how I was raised and that's how I think that it should be between a man and a woman."
In a video response, a typically restrained Perez called Prejean a "dumb b----" and ranted that she lost not because of her answer, but because of her inability to answer diplomatically.
We hate to say it, but we (ugh) agree with Perez on this one. Maybe somebody should call Carrie and tell her that you're not supposed to swallow the Crest White Strips.

I honestly don't see what's wrong with her response. He asked a truthful question, he got a truthful answer. I don't like your title of the thread either kballa. Just because she said she think marriage should be between opposite sexes doesn't mean she hates gays.
I personally thought the answer was somewhat polite and the answer was somewhat diplomatically right or however they phrased it. She stated her opinion, which is what the question is supposed to do. Everyone is just flipping out because she was SUPPOSED to say yes. But they didn't hear what they wanted so they flip out. She's perfectly fine in my eyes.

Did you hear her answer?? She sounded almost as bad as the chick from Miss teen 07 with the maps question. Luckily this time she caught up with herself and recovered. And esp. becuz of her state, she said the right answer. It actually wouldve been a bigger deal if she supported the gays cuz then she'd be going against her state.

Gays are the new minorities, noone wants to hear them or see them, so the states give them petty shit instead of their full rights as an american. Religion also plays a big role in this controversy, I just got done watching an interview with her and all she said was "bless(ed,ing)" after every other word. Either way gay marriage deprives Americans their FULL rights as an American. Yes, marriage was made to be between a man and a women but think, when voting first happened minorities could not participate, they fought and those laws were changed(yet a majority STILL ****ing complain about "how hard it is to be a -- man in a white mans world), it is now gays' turn to have full rights.
Back to this chick, she seems ignorant to the fact that god isn't real, will Cobra or Elf please tell this biotch?
