Lebron James - The Mistake

Lebron, Lebron, Lebron. Was it worth it? You were on the track to winning a ring with Cleveland. After this year, Boston is splitting up, and had you stayed with Cleveland I felt your chances of winning would be higher than ever. How much regret do you think he has. I know the regular season isn't over yet but for crying out loud! At the beginning of the year when the Heat were bad all the analysts said, "Oh don't worry give them time." Even Lebron said they are going to get better at the beginning of the year. How much time to they need? Playoffs are coming and teams like Boston, San Antonio, and LA are looking more ready than ever. Meanwhile the Heat can't actually beat a good team, nor can perform in the clutch. Unless some divine intervention happens, I don't see the Heat contending at all. Another question that pops into my mind is, how close is Spoelstra from getting fired? I have a gut feeling Pat Riley will step in soon, because it's now or never!

tl;dr: The Miami Heat have a 0% chance of winning the title this year, and Lebron should have stayed in Cleveland.

Now enjoy this video (not by me)

I'm pretty sur he did at some point with the Cavs. I dont know what tv station you were watching because at the begining of the season nobody was saying the heat would get it together. They were all saying that the heat were a wreck and that the 60 game predictions were foolish. As soon as the heat went 19 of 20 everyone hopped on Lebrons dick saying they would turn it around.

Throught the season they have been slow due to injuries or simply not getting the offense/defense going. Then there coach or one of the players steps up and gets the team revamped, they change there offense and move there defense around and go on a winning streak. The reason they are on a five game losing streak is because everyone has found out how to stop there offense, which is hard because it's a simple type of offense. Once they find somthing else that works they are going to start wining again.

How do you excpect a team to win a championship in the first year they are together? they've been one of the most dominate teams this year IN THE FIRST YEAR THEY HAVE BEEN TOGETHER. Thats with injuries throughout the year. Next year after they have time to gel and stay healthy they are going to be amazing.

I will guarentee you the Celtics and Bulls will fall apart in the playoffs. The Magic or the Heat will take the eastern confrence. The lakers will lose to the Spurs or Thunder, they don't have the youth they used too.

Ohey Melo I heard you were coming home?

Ha that's a nice video you found there!

It's cool. The Heat might be in a slump now, but just wait. LeBron in my opinion is afraid to take over Miami because he wants Wade to be the head man. Still about 20 games left. We'll get it done Winky Winky

I also don't get why this site is full of LeBron haters. I mean you might not like him, but you have to admit that he's tied with Jordan to be the best to ever play.

I don't think anyone will ever be "tied" or better then Jordan for the best player ever. It is a lot easier now to get stats like assists, points, and rebounds. Jordan did it first and in a completly different time so there is no way to compare Kobe, Lebron, and others to him. But i do think Lebron is the best player in the NBA.

When he was on the NBA allstar team he sure did spark the east and almost bring them back. He was on a team of ALLSTARS and he stept up and almost lead them to a win. Seeing as noone else showed interest from the east in that game and he did i don't see hows he isn't a leader.

He is trying to let Wade take control sence Wade was there before him. You can see it when they play that they have trouble deciding who is going to take control, Lebron wants Wade too sence he has been in Miami for so long, BUT Wade knows Lebron would probrably be the better leader.

You got that right, i grew up down the street from him, great bball player, but so full of himself

HOP OFF KOBES NUTS PLEASE. Sence when does Lebron score 81 in a game with 0 assists? Sence when does Lebron talk constant trash, even after a loss? No he doesn't.

Lebron has to be one of the least full of himselve playeres out there. Your just a piss-sore Cleavland fan who doesn't understand that without Lebron your franchise would be bankrupt

I wasn't trying to joke around it was a serious statement. Oh and I never said Melo is different. He hopped on the super friends bandwagon and left to NY.

Yes but remember it is the all-star game Winky Winky no one really gives a damn. Being a leader is more than that. Leaders make the players around them better, bring a spark of fire, support everyone, and don't give up.

As for the Wade thing, no one really thinks about that. Trust me, when your on the court the only thing going through your mind is WIN.

With all this aside I'm not against Lebron, I just don't think he's a leader.

Your a world famous basketball player (lol) the first part of your career you have had a scoring title, an mvp, and you are one of the most dominant and famous players in the NBA. Thing is you are carrying your team, they have tried to help you and give you what you want but its just not what your looking for. You've been deep in the playoffs but cant get it done, one person doesn't make a team. An awsome oporrtunity comes around to be on a team with some fellow superstarts, you'll make plenty of money from the team and sponsors, you'll make plenty of haters (must be doing somthing right, right?), oh and you'll probrably win multiple NBA championships which is what you've said you wanted. Do you...

1. Go to that team and win championship and make plenty of money, **** the haters
2. Stay with your current team, i mean, the NBA only keeps getting better and better while you guys are going nowere, there going to eventually screw you over anyways, why not do it do them?
3. Go to another NBA team that looks promising, plenty of cap room, but hasn't secured any other superstars so you don't know for sure they will be succesfull.
4. Go to a team with a lot of young non-proven talent who could be good, but you dont know for sure if they will.

Now, if you were in Lebron/Melos sport you can't tell me you wouldn't make his decision, unless your an idiot. Yes he could've went about it better, but he made the right decision. NOW STOP HATIN
