I've been looking all around, because the picture you showed would be a very serious threat. I have not been able to find anything approaching those levels, Even 75 to 100 rads is a serious health risk, anything approaching a thousand and over is devastating.
I'm going to keep looking and see if I can validate the picture you have shown.
I am certain if these levels were any possibility it would be all over the television.
