Just by the law of averages with the number of stars and planets life must exist some where else in the universe.. But to have come here they would have had to have invented "warp" travel, which is highly unlikely.

Was that a joke? Saying that these beings are not that far ahead of us? /facepalm

In comparison, If these beings have anti-gravitational space crafts we're all ****ed.

If these beings can find a way to contact us we are ****ed. Most likely we are the only beings in our galaxy. But there are millions of galaxies and the closest galaxy is extremely far away. I forgot the exact details but I do know we can not reach the closest galaxy in our lifetime and if the other beings find a way to do that, we are ****ed.

That call sounds scarily real

Well I mean I'd like to see how that thing does against an F22 with a couple of Over The Horizon missles. If we need to fight them, we have to be able to see them. They may fly faster than our planes, but not our missles.

Maybe they want us to see them, do remember if they had the technology to get here, they would have the technology to remain hidden.

I don't understand your reasoning. Even if they had cloaks, they would emit energy that is viewable on different spectrums of light. Time for the infra red missles!

Sorry if i didn't explain well haha, what i mean is if they managed to get the technology to cross the vast distance from their planet to ours, then they would have the technology to remain hidden from all of our 'primitive' sensor's and equipment, they might go by different laws of physics or something thus a different way of life (still unclear? if so i'll try to re explain when i get back )

That kind of reasoning is just making assumptions. :p Maybe it was impossible?
