You completely missed the point. We elect the politicians. Yes politicians should take huge cuts, but the main point is that in the end we elect the politicians.

The only way to really avoid is to not vote, and then with that your stuck with no politicans. Then who runs a country?
You cannot complain about your country if you do not vote. So you have a better system? Look there are plenty of politicians that do try to complete their goal, and yes there are those in it for the money.

Hundreds of people have died fighting for their cause of supposed "freedom" maybe even more, but the media keeps that quiet cause we got to protect Obama for some reason. There is no justification for this war at all, we shuld have never intervened just left it to the U.N. Point is the damage was done by the time the U.S had intervened if we would have hit Gaddafi two weeks the rebels had occupied all cities surrounding Tripoli (meaning we had him pinned). But of course we chose to wait it out. Also, think about this for a second. Think of all the people dying protesting right now in Syria and guess what we are doing there OH YEA ABSOLUTELY ****ING NOTHING. This whole conflict in the middle east has just spiraled since Tunisia...damn
