Wait so no weed? Or just no tobacco?
For nothing at all, i would say, make yours hands useful, as you could say in a way, keep them entertained.
I like to type a lot it helps me from smoking a lot, if your even that tempted and your in a public place, just scratch something, from your arm to penis, head inside of your mouth, anything to keep your hands from grabbing a cig.
Try keep your mind off it, go play computer games if you have too, that will keep you concentrated on a game and keep your hands busy.
Or try get a hobby, something you can do a lot, say go to the gym, since your not surrounded by smokers, you wont be tempted.
But also, its good to have some or a packet on you, this way you wont go crazy and you can also feel reassured, even if you do smoke one, every time you do this, I'm sure every time you will be longer before having one, and if you don't then you can feel proud of your self, thus making self confident and then thinking, "Hey, if i can go though one day, i can go though 2"
Of course it wont be as easy as i type, but if you try and follow these basic guide lines, this can help you start off your smoke-free life
One day i hope to join you
Good luck and congratulations, you made a good choice to be smoke free
Not quitting weed. Weed is also one thing that is helping me with cigs.

Just think of the money you're saving and put it to one side to buy something you really want as a reward for quitting.

I heard the first few days are the hardest but it gets easier. Just keep them out of the house and out of sight and you'll be fine...
but then again...that's easier said than done.
Yes. Also another bad thing is that my whole family smokes cigs except for my bro.
