I reckon T.I is probably the best rapper as some of his lyrics are genious but the main reason is because he is everything a rapper should be, Gangster.

Em shouldnt have got it. He just isnt that good. I think some street rappers are the best but dont have the beats/technology to alter thier lyrics like T.I., Em, 50 Cent, etc.
