Just saying, I believe that they
can go ahead and track whatever you're downloading onto the computer. Most likely, that's part of their ToS which you/your parents/whoever the hell set up your internet agreed to follow.
Now, if they're tracking what's actually
on your computer, that's a different story. Basically, if you stop seeding them, and they still know that it's on your computer, then that's an invasion of privacy, for sure.
They have the right (sucks, I know) to see what you put on your computer through their internet services, but not the right to see what you keep on there or get on there from other means.
