This is "equality"? If they truly want to be equal they shouldn't isolate gay history from "straight" history. History should be told as is and only focus on a persons sexuality if it is relevant to what they had done. Hitler could have been gay but it would not have changed what he had done.

For one, I didn't even know that we learned straight history. Honestly, equality doesn't mean special treatment, good or bad. If I get flamed for this, which I probably will, its because people know the truth. As a society we tend to pamper the minority more than we used to, as long as the minority fits our liking's.

I am all for gay rights. Same sex marriage is fine. History should not be divided, why can't we just learn it as history?

Good old gays, they keep the world turning.

uhh no one in life is important by sexual orientation. and capable? what are you trying to say? that people have considered gays to be handicapped? well in that the only handicap they have is a temper tantrum problem that makes the community ready to sue the crap out of any one who is in a different mind set as there own.
