Lol, the government doesn't give two halves of a damn about the U.S. Once we default, we will be in an ULTIMATE depression. Then, they will switch the currency which
will do nothing but keep the rich people secured, screw the lower & middle class, and piss off all of the countries we owe money to. I will also speculate that the government will have people rallying against them which will lead to violence until they are gone. When we default, all hell will break loose.

We pay the government money in taxes, and then they spend it on basic expenses as well as blowing it on stupid shit. They also spend more than they really have, and then wonder why they have such a large amount of debt. /facepalm
