I bench press 245, squat 405, dead lift 365, and power clean 205.
My workouts usually consist of alternating between upper-body and lower-body. Because when you bench press, all of your blood is in your chest and upper torso. So I go squat after that, to make my legs work with less oxygen in them for the first few reps. It helps work with endurance and whatnot.
I usually do agility work and do 100 yard striders every week day.
