My workouts usually consist of alternating between upper-body and lower-body. Because when you bench press, all of your blood is in your chest and upper torso. So I go squat after that, to make my legs work with less oxygen in them for the first few reps. It helps work with endurance and whatnot.

I usually do agility work and do 100 yard striders every week day.

God Damn. I can only bench about 140 and squat 190. I just started off this summer, but GOD DAMN 405 pounds
And what are striders btw?

I have a really good frame for putting on muscle. So I kinda have a genetic advantage over you basketball players :p.

I guess, but I'm also down to 174 pounds right now so apparently you got like weight on me too :p. But I don't think I even KNOW anybody that squats that much. I rotate between legs and arms every time I lift. I do squats and calf raises though every day.

Always Faithful
I walk/run 4-5 miles everyday at a local track and mix it up with a little HIIT every other day. I do a basic weight lifting and exercising program at home for about an hour everyday with the equipment I got in the garage, leg presses, pullups, prison squats, lunges, wide range of free weights I incorporate with my exercises and a punching dummy. Just enough to stay fit as I don't do much sports since I don't have many people my age that are into sports they mostly drink or smoke weed and go to clubs as a sport.

I'm trying to save up to buy more equipment as I think working out is fun and it would be pretty sweet I think if I can turn my garage into a personal gym so I don't have to go to a gym to do certain things I don't have the equipment for.

I find those numbers hard to believe. You should be able to clean more than 145 if you can squat almost 400 pounds. Your form must just be horrible.
