Cutting a long story short, I donated my kidney, I was scared at first because I have never been on an operating table before, But afterwards I felt so good about my self simply for the fact I have saved some ones life who is a good friend of mine. Damn we need more people like you in the world. One question though.. whats the downside with one kidney? is it hard to do sports?

Donating parts of your body to other people, If we didn't need those body parts they wouldn't be there in the first place. Only time I'll donate organs is if I'm killed in a car accident etc and they rush me to hospital to remove my organs to give away I'd be okay with that besides it's not like you need organs when your dead. Best get one of those cards people have in there wallets for this very purpose, also Angel Beats had something to do with my opinion on giving away organs when your dying.
