I done the same thing for my little cousin, he got cancer in his kidney when he was 4. He had an operation to have it removed after weeks of failed chemotherapy, after the it had gone he had to go for check ups.
When he hit 7 they found more cancerous cells in his other kidney but said it would be too risky to cut away the infected part so would like to wait for a doner, i then said that i would give him one of mine.
He's 12 now and living the life of any other boy of that age

dude thats cool as fuk. but now you only have one... which sucks because it limits you from doing stuff, but good on you maybe karma will hit you back.
i'm not on any donor lists because the people that need that organs need to pay for them and the people that give their organs receive nothing in return(besides that good mental feeling and pain). so imo my organs arent free they are for sale. yes greed is a sin but it isn't that i'm being greedy its that i see where the system is corrupt in the way of medicinal purposes. watch John Q. you'll understand more. my blood is o neg good for everyone but i can only receive o neg, why should i give my blood away if it's rare? especially since people have to pay for it when they receive it while in a hospital. it isn't fair i gave it freely, they are paying for more than the storage and the injections for my blood. its a bullshit system, its corrupt like any government.
