i would say laptop for the portability. you can take it almost anywhere and enjoy using it.

Computer. I live in London and a laptop would easily get nicked considering I take the 4 bus' every day.

Desktop can have way higher specs, it's specs can be modified, and it's more efficient then a laptop, my laptop has to be recharged and what not it's really annoying. It can be taken anywhere but a Desktop is overall a better piece of technology.

Desktops are so much more reliable, plus you have to keep a concious mind over the battery life! GRRR Smile

Even the best laptops are too slow for me, and I can't take them anywhere from chances of getting mugged. Desktop FTW
