Post: Desktop or Laptop computer?

i would say laptop for the portability. you can take it almost anywhere and enjoy using it.

i like laptops i just got an acer netbook and i love it works like a charm i get WIFI allmost every i go its small and i can take it everywhere and if u get the MIFI u will alllways have internet PsN boston2003

Laptops are great if you are in college and you have a job that requires you to travel a lot. If not and your just using it for entertainment purposes I would get a desktop because specs are a lot better for the same price of some laptops.

I've used a laptop ever since I was around 11 years old (used my parents) so I'm way to used to them than a desktop. Desktops are so damn...big. Laptops are more small and comfortable, if you get what I mean haha

Even though i feel like my desktop runs quicker because its got less crap on it, i still like my laptop better

Yes, but if anything breaks for your laptop it costs loads to repair it. To fix a screen it's like £100 an if you break the charger it costs £50 and if the fans break or the computer overheats, i'm not sure you can fix it. Desktops are more powerful, it's like saying. Why have a large PS3 when you can get a slim one.

I see your point but Slim PS3s and laptops are completly different. Laptops are portable which is a positive, but they are more expensive starting price opose to desktops and......Ahh doesnt matter lol i see your point Gasp
