My name is Stuart Chaifetz, and my son, Akian, is a ten-year old boy who has Autism. Akian has always been a sweet and non-violent child, and that is why it was so distressing when notes started coming home from his school, Horace Mann Elementary in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, saying that he was having violent outbursts, including him hitting his teacher and aide.

I don't know why, this video really got to me. The fact that these kids were being treated like this and if he hadn't put a wire on his son, it would have gone of like this. It's just sick that people, teachers, the people who the kids are supposed to look up to can do something like this.

I could say that the way they go about handing warrants, entering buildings and such is incorrect.

I can think of a few. Things like the clothes they wear, they'd have to wear full body suits with dust masks etc. They wouldn't get lab results in one day and the whole case closed by then.

This sickens me. Teachers are supposed to protect their students, not go around and bully them. Especially kids with special needs. I've volunteered at a local school that specializes in teaching kids with special needs. And you need to have a lot of patience and bite your tongue. To me, these teachers don't and will never realize that.

This is another reason why I hate Teacher Unions because you can't get teachers who can't teach fired, or teachers are just screwed up fired. This man is brave and I respect him and his son :y:

I like how in NCIS they show the finger print analysis and it shows image comparisons. I've seen the real program in use, it is essentially a search function that has a loading bar that then projects about 10-50 matches with percentages on how close, they then have the person manually inspect each one until they figure a 99%-100% match.

I can't believe the school permits such teacher or aid who's doing this to those helpless kids. I'm glad the father has done his own investigating before something worst just happens to his son. You don't blame parents to be furious at this type of situation where they thought they can trust the school or their teachers to care for their kids but instead has done all means to destroy their future - really alarming, tbh. Not all parents have the resources to be able to know that their kids are being bullied but there are definitely ways to do it, see You must login or register to view this content.. I hope the kids involved in this story had been given justice for the way they were treated. They simply didn't deserve it.

I can't do anything but relate to him. I have an autistic brother that is in a worse state of autism than Akian, and I can't help but worry about him since I've seen this video. It sickens me how people would go so low as to insult people who are far worse in intelligence than them. They don't understand what they're saying. It's the message that they project that scars them. I'm starting to wonder more about my brother's emotions when he comes home from school...
