Your just scrawny lol.

I turned 16 at the beginning of January.

I weigh 200 lb 6'1 I play football.
I bench 345 lb MAX
Squat 540 lb
Leg Press 795 lb
The only thing is that my 40 yd dash is a little slow. I run a 5.0.
I an upcoming Junior and start Middle Linebacker and Fullback.

I am very pleased with my body and my physical strength. All it takes is a WHOLE LOT of hard work and dedication and you can almost have whatever you want in the world.

Yes it does a lot, I can't stand people who don't care. I personally work out twice a day, morning and before bed. I play three sports, so I have to be fit all year long. I'd rather go through the pain now, then regret it in 25 years. Enzo

Ok, the next time my team maxes out Ill see if my friends can get it on video, but usually Coach doesnt allow phones in the fieldhouse (where we workout). These are all maxes which means I can do them once. I cant do them more than that. Its just the maximum amount of weight I can lift. I dont work out at a gym or at home. Only at the High School. I live in the South now and football is a year round sport and I have had like 3 weeks vacation from lifting in the past 9 months.

EXACTLY!! People do not understand High School sports. Its not a seasonal thing. You prepare all year.

You mean "than" regret it in 25 years, unless you're going to regret going through all the pain you're going through in 25 years. Learn the difference, it's not hard.

OT, I workout, but I do a lot of cardio. I do weights but don't lift loads because I'm trying to get endurance. I'm skinny but I'm slowly seeing a difference in shape and strength. Now I started doing a different workout hopefully I see a bigger difference at the end of the 12 weeks.

Okay, after reading all the posts before mine, here's my answer. Yes I care how i look, like my hair, clothing, hygiene, and stuff like that. But my weight, eh, not so much. I'm 5"11 and just around 200 pounds. I know im bigger, but its not like im that fat kid who has no friends :p I play football, (line on defense and offense :p ) and i do shot put in track. I actually took first place at our conference =D.

So in the end i guess, if I still have friends, play sports, and have a pretty nice over all life, I guess IDC what my "body" looks like, but kind of do care about my appearance.
