WOW! that impressive if these are true which Im sure they are:| me personally I only play lacrosse and i just stared working out 4 months ago(i was really scrawny. Im starting to bulk up a bit more I'm 5'8'' 140 and I'm turning 16 in July. I can only bench 125 :/ its a work in progress though!

I'm going to be a freshman in high school starting August 16th.
I'm not the strongest or the weakest kid. I have never benched at all
but I am on the track and field team. I am a distance runner and am really
good at it. :P

Yes it does matter to me. Mainly because of girls wanting guys with nice bodies, but I also hated the fat and moobs.

Yes, it matter to me. I'm husky but I dislike being husky because it still means that I am overweight. I'm 265lbs steady, been that way for 2 months now, lost 20lbs in about a month working out 2 months ago too.

I'm getting my crap setup right now and am thinking about just going ahead and doing the Insanity workout, 60 days with my own cardio workout, that would burn weight 2x faster than just the Insanity, meaning I should lose about 35-45lbs in a matter of 2-3 months, that would put me in the area where I could then for 6 months use weights and get big, no husky but actually very muscular.

I just need to commit, family issues is sorta keeping me from doing it because shit is tossed around at my house all the time and I would require an area where I can work out without distraction/it being overran with their crap...

Alright, before all the "Look how much I bench and squat" douche bags come in here.. I do care, I'm 16, 6'2", and about 190lbs, I play football for my high school. I've played sports ever since I was 6 so I have for the most part always been in shape, but there have been some times I haven't been satisfied. However, I got more interested in weight lifting and now I'm pretty cut and I am very pleased with the way I am, I don't really understand why overweight people complain about being fat, when they can just go lose it themselves!

at 23, gym 7 days a week. strict diet. tons of cardio.

at 28, gym 5 days a week. not-so-strict diet. cardio before summer.

married and nearly 35, gym. what's a gym? how the hell am i supposed to find time to do this? diet? what's a diet? meh, i got enough cardio today at work....

i miss it, but, other things inevitably take priority.

I wish I was lightweight. Because of my genes (dad is big and stout) I am on the slow side.

I mean i care how my body is but i don't cause right now i'm some what chunky.. Happy and i use to exercise but i stopped and now i hardly care how my body is i mean i'll keep it in shape but hey as long as my girlfriends loves it, I'm good! Smile
