I've never been overweight, so I've never really thought about it lol.

I do exercise a fair bit though .

In a way. I wouldn't want to be to fat or to skinny, I don't really gain weight anymore though. But I'm very pleased with my body atm.

The only thing is that my 40 yd dash is a little slow. I run a 5.0.
I an upcoming Junior and start Middle Linebacker and Fullback.

I am very pleased with my body and my physical strength. All it takes is a WHOLE LOT of hard work and dedication and you can almost have whatever you want in the world.

i doubt you could bench 345lbs if youre 200lbs...
just giving my opinion

And I completely respect your opinion. I don't feel like i have to prove myself considering this is just a forum and I have no reason to lie. But like I said in previous posts, if my friend video tapes it, Ill post. My friend greg is a senior and he weighs about 170. He benches 10 pounds more than me.

I have never been overweight either...But its a good thing to keep in the back of your head so you can set yourself up for the older years.

A 540 squat at 6'1"/200 is amazing.

In 12th grade, I set the record at 655, but I was 5'8"/220. Now, at 27, I can only get 595 at 6'0"/230. Granted, I don't train like I did, but being tall makes it a lot harder.

OP,
I'm happy with my body. I'll go to the gym a couple times a month. I don't max unless I'm with my buddies and that's only a couple times a year. I think 6'0"/230 @ ≈8% fat is good. I just don't have time to get the best body possible anymore.
