90KG x 5Reps
and his maximum is 110 x 1rep

If you don't drink at least a gallon of water a day, you'll be screwed. There was a day where I didn't drink enough water and I was cramping like a bitch so stay hydrated all day...sadly that will mean taking a piss 7-8 times a day.

No, but a lad at the gym went on Sci-MX Omni hardcore and he really did bulk up well, so I won't rip gainers either.

The stuff I use has oats blended into the mix and like I say it's a local company so it's cheap. Putting my own Oats in a protein shake tastes like shit lol!

creatine is a waste of money and makes my face look "puffy". Does reduce soarness though but if you want something for that then you'd just take a waxy maze. All protein is good but I think muscle milk tastes best
