I think most things were said already, but here's two things that got me before. When the interviewers state there names, REMEMBER THEM. Normally most people forget them easily because of nerves, but one interviewer asked me to state the last names of all the people in the room (5 people) and I couldn't do it because I was so nervous going in I just forgot them.

Also maintain eye contact, it shows you are confident and serious about getting the job.
