Sure, we want to know if it can run Unreal Engine 4, or even the Luminos engine from Square Enix… but since those engines are not due for release for at least another year or two, the only question we can truly answer right now is what can the Wii U do that the other consoles can’t. Sure we know about the tricks the controller has up it’s sleeve, but we really want to see raw power comparisons. Not seeing the differences? Maybe you need some glasses than. The draw distance is greatly improved - it’s well beyond what the PS3 is capable of. In addition, things are much more detailed, and there is a lot more going on in the Wii U shot than in the PS3 shot. Also, the blur movement effect blends things much better in the Wii U version than the PS3, where things that truly shouldn’t be as detailed no longer are, making it fit better in the shot and less distracting.

This is the first real sign we have seen that the Wii U is “significantly” more powerful than the competing consoles of this generation. How much more fidelity it has than we are shown here isn’t known, but the true power of the console is rarely tapped into out the gate. That means that the Wii U can do so much more than this. Remember, this is also just 720p resolution, and the Wii U is capable of 1080p. So while this is certainly impressive in terms of comparing the versions of games and seeing the actual improvements , it’s even more impressive knowing the Wii U can do so much more.

Ohh god yeah, Zelda, Metroid, Kirby, Mario . Just too name a few and dont forget games like Mario Kart, Mario Tennis.. Smash Bros they all sell a fortune. Nintendo is my favourite gaming company

You forgot the old school Pokemon but they never really made it to console gaming. Man I love Nintendo's characters. Smash Bros was the shit; I loved playing it as a kid and it would be one of the only reasons I would consider buying a Wii.

I've owned every Nintendo console ever made I still play all the games new & old.. Nintendo are just amazing...
