do any of you guys actually do drugs?

1. Find a way to sell cigarettes and other addicting things that are LEGAL. A good place to sell them is obviously in front of school, people be dying to get cigarettes or other stuff and are willing to pay a lot of money for them.
2. After a while, make deals with people who sell drugs, shouldn't be that hard to find them.
3. Sell Cocaine.
4. With the money you make, hire murderers, do all you have to do to keep your shit running.
5. Profit.

Warning: That's how Pablo Escobar started, if you don't know who that is then google it, and tbh the most successful story in the history of drug cartels.

Pretty easy to do in theory. Because I have no knowledge of any drugs harder than pot, let's assume it's a pot cartel.

1. acquire a piece of real estate. Where I'm at, there's a few abandoned 4-5 acre lots, all heavily covered in brush. Go into the dead center, and start planting. If you're far enough from a main road or house, no one will be able to smell the bud, or see it, while it grows. Set these marijuana plants up well, and make a irrigation system that goes on automatically. Set up a chain link fence around all of the plants to keep animals out. This will probably cost around $500 to set up. You're going to want this to do all of the watering manually every x hours. You want to be as far away from the bud as possible, at all times. If cops magically find it, they'll have no clue who set it up. Now, we're going to need some security. Depending on your seriousness, you can make tripwires that are somehow rigged to a shotgun shell, making a claymore-like tripwire. If it's not going to be a million dollar crop, and you're not into killing, you'd want some security cameras. Motion detectors wouldn't be bad either. Make sure you thoroughly check every camera before you go in to harvest your crop.

2. Now we get into some more complicated stuff... You have your product, now you make your empire. You're going to have to start small. Sell to friends. Once you get some friends buying, ask them if they want to sell the stuff for you for a small percentage of the income. These original people are going to have to be very trustworthy, or this whole plan is fucked. From here, you're becoming a big boy dealer. Never show anyone your grow lot, and use a drop site to sell any large amounts of drugs. Remain as anonymous as possible except for those first couple friends in on it. Pick up some members here and there, and have them cell for you. You're starting to become a big name in your city's drug rings.

3. This is arguably the hardest part. Don't get shot. If you get into an argument with someone, walk away. If someone says you shorted them, pay them half the difference they say you shorted them then call it even. Be a nice guy, but DONT allow yourself to be walked on, and DONT be combative. You're a drug lord now, what's a 10 sack here and there?

Just go on youtube and search up,"How to start a dru cartel."
Seriosuly though, start of small, get some crops, grow them.
Collect more seeds from them and multiply your crops as well.
Keep doing so and hire more employees to distribute the crop.

To clerify , first of to run a profitable drug cartel you would have to live and build your production system outside of the U.S then import to the U.S . Before you can even began you would have to have studied the game inside out for couple years and while doing so build a network . You would obviously need start up cash and you will have to resort to brutality if you would want to stay alive .Right now the Sinola Cartel and The Zetas would completely demolish any competition so you would have to know guys from both those cartels to help you bring them down so you can stand alone and build to the point of immortality meaning to big to be stopped. Just of few things of the top of my head.
