Just remember, you can't work 7 days one week and 2 the next, because that second week will ruin all the hard work of the first. Take protein, it will really help your muscles heal fast and get bigger, but if you take it and dont work out hard enough it'll make you gain fat. I would get into mma, keeps you motivated, its hard work and will help your cardio so well, thats what i do.
