I'm starting to workout at the gym and I'm really curious if any of you have any tips or tricks for me to try or to look for. I'm new so anything that can be helpfull would be great. I have protein powder . I'm 5'7, 130 lbs.

Can someone point out a good workout plan please?

Yeah, how do you go about start. Everyone says that when you first start out you'll be doing everything wrong. I have no idea about liftin.. but I wanna do it right. Im about 5'7 and 120lbs.. I have like 12% body fat, I wanna start when I get my license next month. I need a routine.. but I have no idea on how to go about it. Also I hear lifting stunts your growth as a teen and I'm only 5'7.. so I don't want that. What kind of food should I be eating to bulk up?

Do a barrel roll!
In 150 g of Chicken there is 20g of protein, if you want to get muscle mass you'll have to get over 150g of protein a day, so you can't eat 1 kg of chicken everyday....
You eat like 6 white eggs and 1 yellow but you'll need some protein shake after that because you will train a lot but won't get enough protein to train your muscle right.... sorry for bad english....

Change your eating habits first. Swap all the unhealthy foods you eat or processed carbs with healthy alternatives or brown carbs

First thing you should do is set your goal, bulk or cut. From the look of it, you want to gain weight. Start eating more.
