In my opinion, the Marriage today, is not the same marriage of a century ago. I feel that 6/10 times girls want to be showered, and want to squeeze out what they can from a guy (not necessarily use him, but have "benefits" ). With what is generally broadcasted on MTV, VH1, etc ; women are influenced. If you like a women, why bother getting religion/law involvement; you can live a glorious life without this title of "marriage". I read something brilliant on Misc ( i know its not the best source) where a person posted about renovating the laws behind marriage. His idea was you need to renew your marriage every 2 years (not the whole vows/ceremony/show fiasco) , for every 2 years the women gets a 2 person right of whatever you put in the marriage. By the time the marriage reaches 25 years then you will reach the 50 and have the right to leave with possessions . Goal diggers have always been around but they have exploded this century. Finally, marriage is like the final stage women and men let themselves go, things start getting stale, etc.

As for my opinion of marriage, whilst I appreciate the ideals it's not something I'm really that interested in.

opinion posted.

Which is exactly why we as men must research the "Pimp game"
Its important that we fully invade these "Ho's" minds before we become a tool of our own assests. Don't let yourself be used by a woman, or anyone for that matter, we as men work to damn hard to have someone come up behind us and seize everything that we struggled to gain.

To even think about marriage with a woman is a gamble in itself, i dont generally think its worth it, but when i think of that perfect woman i just get a bit giddy because in my mind thats the life, you WANT to marry this kind of woman, but like all things in this world its just a lie- a sad invisible lie. Still, you can try to find the golden woman without having to marry her, dont be so coerced in happiness that you decide to marry right off the bat, try staying with her for a few years yeah? That could work if she isnt throwing plates at you by that time.

The media is encouraging woman and men to be disrespectful and leechy to each other, its like some sort of game where they can see who can screw over who the most, that is NOT love and it doesn't even deserve attention. Your better off getting a fuck buddy and having an insurance policy for her emotions.

I remember seeing a stand-up comedian (forgot who it was) a couple of years ago make this joke about marriage:

"A woman will get/stay married to a guy if he does two things EXTREMELY well: 1)Bedroom Action & 2)Financial Action. Now, you can slip to AVERAGE in any ONE of those categories, and still be worthwhile for her to stay/be faithful/perform as a good wife. But the minute you fall short of AVERAGE, in any ONE category, get ready for cheating, lying, staying out at night, disrespect, headaches, etc...lol."

I know it was only a comedy skit, but I tend to agree. And if I do (somewhat) follow his stance on marriage, then...I don't need that. I mean, what does a MAN (generally) want from a woman? Yeah, a gentle/comforting shoulder, to talk about things he can't/won't with his boys, fine. But honestly...lol...sex. THEY make us feel like we need MARRIAGE, in my opinion. I mean look, do you think a guy proposed the whole sanctuary of marriage? Seriously? Not so much, I believe...lol.

A lot of people have been through that. I feel your pain, man.

Anywho, been through too many relationships that have ended because of the unfaithful woman. Marriage is a joke to me now.

Wasn't that Chris Rock? Excuse me if im incorrect lol.

Anyway, that made me lol, its pretty true, you hear lots of stories about married men finding out about their women having sex with the pizza guy or the gardener while their away at work, etc...

It sucks to find out your woman is getting banged up by someone else, and another thing women are easily manipulated imo.

They could be married but they will STILL flirt with you and act available and shit. Tellin u man, being courted doesnt mean shit, watch yourself its a battleground out there. Dont make your status known, or the wolves will come after you... they will come.

If your in your right mind you wont get married, its just lovesick fools. In the end its not worth it all. Just stick with a girlfriend for those urges and to have a good time and if she wants it to go farther and you don't obviously she's not the one anyway. Just live life hang out with bros and work hard.

It might have been Chris Rock, I don't remember...

You hit the hammer on the nail. And honestly, those "quiet, innocent" ones are just as much as a headache as the "bad girls", if not moreso. If I have a woman who relies on me to do EVERYEFFIN'THING, and she can't take care of NOTHING by herself...WTF?! Why are you here? To sit around and look cute? Cook and clean, that's cool. But damn, I have some other necessities that I need you to step up to the plate and take care of when I'm not around, like an ADULT! *smGDh*

Do a barrel roll!
Marriage imo is a waste of time. All it is is paperwork at the end of the day. You shouldn't have to prove you love your partner by going to the courthouse and filling out paperwork.lol
