I thinks it's good to defend your country, and help the world. I don't know if there are soldiers on this Forum but i'd like to ask if you are how is it like? and give me some tips.

Like that one guy said. You should join because you want too. Not because it would be cool or fun. And join the marines. They will make a man out of you.

He joined the dutch army. But that's what I decided to do. I'm enlisting as an assault man in the Marines already talked to a recruiter about it too.

The army get treat like shit.. great pay though..

Uncle was an Irish Army Ranger. He won a few sniping competitions in the US and around the world cause that's all the Irish really do. Lol'd when he told me he wiped ass with some US marine snipers :p He was deployed twice in Haiti and Afghanistan. He said it was interesting seeing these places and what they were like compared to living in Ireland. Anyway he never regretted his decision and he didn't qualify for sniper school first time around but he got it three years later after his tour in Haiti. Just keep going for a role and you'll get it.

I know this life is hard, my friend was training in the welsh army. Training with rock hard and broke him mentally a couple of times... He's doing me and everyone else proud now though!.
