Take pictures of their cars. Also, they must not obstruct your ability to park in front of your own home nor block your ability to exit your drive way. If they start selling without a license, or selling from their home without approval by the city, they have violated the law.
You won't be able to take them to court but you can present this against them. Collect enough and make photocopies, mark dates and times. Bring a few friends over and have them witness it.

Contact the agency that is renting the property to them and express you displeasure that the current tenants are pissing you off. The agency will inform them that the family living in that house that they are receiving complains from other neighbours. Also if you can turn the landlord against them by complaining continually about the same thing the landlord will most likely get pissed off with the family and treat the family like shit an bill them for stupid shit when they check the house and they will probably in the end move out or not be able to extend their contract simply because the landlord dislikes them, which is completely legal to do.
If you also tell the landlord/letting agency that they are blocking up the road with many vehicles on a regular basis and won't do anything about the music being played to loud, even when you contacted them in person, explain that this is your last resort and could you please do something.
I shared a house with a few friends at college and the neighbours to the left of us kept lodging complains because my friend upstairs kept playing music quite loud in his room and seeing as the houses were joined they could hear the music in their bedroom and couldn't sleep.

I can't really say much more here than what was already said. The advice given is good and you should use it and hopefully the problem will be sorted. Lol'ing at DeNo's suggestion though.
Thanks everyone for your help,I'll be sure to keep in mind the advice posted and even though it may take it bit longer ( 1-2 more months) collecting evidence and sending emails/phone calls hopefully they would stop being a annoyance in the neighborhood.
