(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I used to live in a peaceful neighborhood and knew most of my neighbors but one day the house across from mines let another family rent the house ( Per say the for rent sign ) After a couple of months things seems fine until they started to park everywhere which was annoying and more people started to move in ( By the way this is a Hispanic family, not to be racists but my friends who are also Hispanic told me they tend to have a-lot of family under one roof) it was fine by me as long they didn't start any trouble. Weeks later now more cars started to stay and more people. One day Loud music started to blast though the neighborhood which was loud enough to vibrate my walls and the whole neighborhood. I thought it must be one of those wannabe who like to blast their music thinking they were cool so i decided to let let it slide.( I mean seriously I get that you love the bass, beats and music but I don't want to hear your jam man keep it to yourself )

Days later the same thing happens *BOOM BOOM BOOM* Right though my walls, I decided to see who it was and found out it was the neighbor that had moved in. I decided to give them one more chance and let it pass but then as you can guess a couple of days later usually in the weekends + Fridays Their loud music pierce my ear drums and I had enough. I decided to speak with the original owners asking politely can they tell the resident to lower their music during the day and night. And their response was " It's not our problem" I was like wow really your not going to do anything about the problem in your house/property. From that day I found out that they were A-holes who couldn't care less about anything. I contacted the local neighborhood association about the problem and they told me that they wouldn't do anything about the problem unless I had evidence, I mean really Last time I check recording my neighbors with my phone camera not only picks up noises all around but a breach in privacy and doesn't work so that's out of the question, I've contacted the local authorities about disturbance and ask them to just warn them that they aren't the only one living here and guess what they didn't even show up nor did they show up at all when my friend got robbed gun point for pizzas Really PIZZA. Any advice how to handle this as this is annoying as F*** and I pray everyday they would just leave the neighborhood since they are the only damn problem keeping it from making it a nice neighborhood.

BTW If you didn't notice I live in Houston the worst place currently for me, over run by people who can't drive, annoying kids with no respect, People knocking at my door asking if I want my grass cut even when it's already is. Lazy Azz cops who doesn't do anything.
Anyone else feel free to add.

EDIT: Added the photo of the neighbors. This is 1/3 of cars that fills my part of the street it get worse during twilight hours. I also first though the food truck was a moving truck :p I got all excited for no reason

I had neighbors like this too. I moved 2 blocks away to my dads. They don't talk to me since by brother literally got in their face and yelled at them for their actions.

Sorry I'm not the type to yell at situation like this :p

Most cities have a noise-ordinance in use. So you could also use this as evidence if you can record at what times of the night they are blasting the music. Usually the ordinance comes in effect around 10PM and last till sometime in the morning, like 7AM.

This is in Houston going from section 30-4 and section 30-6
It goes from 8Am- 10PM; 11PM on Weekends Friday-Sunday. They also need a permit to allow use of loud electronic outside of their home and considering that person has a stereo in place of his trunk i would say it is an amplify/device. Also it was posted that the Maximum dBa was 65 during daytime and 58 at night. Max At all time is 68 without a permit and that is the range of a normal conversation of the person standing a meter away.

All that decibel shit is bullshit homie.. come on man.. do u really think that the cops enforce that here in Houston?? Cops down here do not walk around with decibel meters.. If that was the case, then all these suped up trucks and cars with loud ass mufflers would all be in violation also.. We have a neighborhood that has a mutual understanding when it comes to parties.. Every now and then its ok to jam out loudly till 6am. but not every fucking night.. If these unwritten rules are violated, then we take measures into our own hands.. But thats just me.. What side of town do u live in?? Do u have any friends that speak spanish?? If not, buy ur neighbors some tamales and tell them no more loud music.. Might work.. Shit I would keep my music down for some tamales..lmao

LMAO tamales any ways I live close by Sharpstown and yeah I figure cops isn't going to do anything with the law unless they get something from it. I can care less if somebody has a loud party once in a while but considering it's the same song with a crappy beat every week that's what's annoying
