Well, in this parallel universe, there would only be one baby per couple every 15 years. So for most families, 2 children would be the max. The population would be much smaller. And I think that these awkward moments we experiences now would not be as awkward in this universe. Kind of like how 50 years ago, a Saw movie would make people faint. Now some people are amused by it now.
