I've been a social engineer when i was 13 lol, i scammed the pokemon tcg company, i said that i was utmost displeased to see cards missing from my booster pack. they then sent me 20 booster packs

so this method basically works for any company, as long as you make it look legitimate.

Contact them with a different email address and this time don't say you ordered online, that you went to the actual store and bought one.
