Normally the Download hits 70 and upload hits 20 but I don't know why it's slow today.

Yes it is THAT bad. Bear in mind I live with my parents and they pay the bills. Honestly having that low speed only affects me when I update shit, like patches for Battlefield. Lol. Surprisingly, out of all my friends on PS3, when we do private matches on CoD or play GTA Online, they want me to host because no one has problems connecting... Slow, but reliable I guess.
