I think i'll just post in the General Discussion forum because it's pretty much a "General Discussion".

So, here goes.


Recently I have noticed more and more people bitching and moaning about releases of mods for games. They're even bitching at offline mods, which in no way effect anyone else but the person who uses it.

Why in the hell are you guys complaining? It's YOUR choice to use the mods. Yes, I know modded lobbies. Some of you may want to play legit. However, you can back the fuck out of a modded lobby. Even in MW2, before i had a jailbreak, all i wanted was to get into a lobby that was modded. I only found ONE. Why? Because there are more OFW users than CFW users. You will most likely find yourself with a legit lobby as opposed to a modded lobby, yes even in mw2.

So why bitch about it? This is a modding site. Aren't you SUPPOSED to fucking release this type of shit? The answer is yes.

I know NGU isn't JUST modding, but modding is a HUGE part of this site, PS3 and XBOX.

Besides its a fucking VIDEO GAME. I think a lot of you have forgotten that it's meant to have fun. If you wanna have fun by modding the shit out of it, I say so be it.


People get so competitive and protective when a mod is released. It's dumb. Stop bitching about it. You don't like it? Get the fuck out of the modding section.

You don't like the modded lobby you're in? Back the fuck out.

So why the fuck not let the modders just have their fun? PS3 and Xbox will be down in value real soon.

I can see you bitching at nextgen mods? maybe. But really, PS3 and Xbox have met the end of their days.

Pointless to even bitch about it when you'll have the next gen consoles when they're released.

Even if you don't get the next gen consoles, you can still do what i said and avoid the shit.

Thanks for this amazing post =D, if Treyarch / Infinity Ward actually did there job then modding would not be possible, but due to them being too lazy and more worried about releasing the game so they can get there money quicker does not help at all, and there would be no tools released for modding on games if they actually did there job so its not the modders fault in my opinion blame the game developers.

And another thing i hate is people who hate on usb modders, usb modders technically did not ruin Mw2 actually CFW users did by actually hosting a cfg infection, if usb modders did not have a cfg infection the game would not be screwed. And i do not get why CFW users come on to modern-warfare-2-cfg-usb-mods section, and all of them mostly just come on there to say fuck usb modders etc, whats the point?

And the GFX users of NGU who post on modding threads, which most do not know shit about.

Everyone just needs to shut the fuck up and enjoy the last moments of PS3 / XBOX.

I think OP misses the point. When most lobbies you run into are hacked to shit and phaggots are deranking people on connecting then you'd realize how dumb modded games are. I can understand the fun gamemodes, where it includes everyone and it doesn't fuck with their legit stats.

Look at PC for example, you have modded games that people have made for Garry's Mod. They're enjoyable to play and people have fun no matter what. When you're hacking first person shooters, deranking people, cheating and ruining the game and just being the phaggot 12 year old that you are people don't like it. But then again I guess phaggots have to compensate for being beta irl.

And gl to those people who try and back out and find a legit lobby, too many beta phaggot lobbies.

1. Modding use to be fun back then, but think of today. Today, it is more likely that you will get in a modded lobby like MW2. Modding use to be fun and all that, but after a while it has changed our views of what modding really does and how it affected even newer games.

2. Speaking of newer games, people "bitch" about mods now because the game isn't even released yet and it already has been hacked. Take a look at GTA V, almost any lobby you get into, someone hacked their money stats to buy garages and stuff. Some people hacked their ranks. It's stupid to see mods get in games like GTA V and ruin the economy in it.

3. We can't play any older games we loved like MW2 or COD4 because of these "bitch" modders that mods the game almost every match. It is impossible to play in a match without a hacker in it. WAW has been hacked to shit and that game was a great game. MW2 is filled with aim assist and UAV.

4. Modders think they are hackers but really they are just cheaters. It's really annoying seeing "Ch3ck out my utube, full of hacks/mods/glichez" message on our screen. Even they threaten to hack accounts and all that, but really they are just a cheater.

5. Sony doesn't do much about cheaters which makes the games even worst. Take a look on Xbox compared to PS3, Xbox at least enforces rules and find cheaters and banned them. I heard Xbox lobbies on older games are cleaner than it is on PS3. It is pretty sad to see Sony doing nothing much and just letting cheaters get away with it.

6. PS4 has no servers which is more easier to get into modded lobbies when you do not want to. This isn't PC, this is console. They both are completely different.

7. This site isn't really a "modding site", it use to be a glitching forum and then all that changed. Why do you think NGU is named "NextGenUpdate"? NGU is a gaming forum, not just modding/hacking forum. Want a hacking/modding forum? Visit ********** or any hacking forums that have all that. NGU is all about nextgen news, nextgen consoles, gaming and such.
