As title says, il let you discuss this one and see your opinions.. all im asking is does music influence us a whole/influence our personality and why/how does it influence us?

Yes, I believe it does.

Music influences alot of our life from they way we behave to the people we hangout with and to the way we dress. Personally listening to music can change the way you feel pretty quickly with the tone of the music if it has a sad beat to it you are more likely to feel sad than we have the exciting beat where the music is all going good and you feel happy. We often hangout with people that like the same music as us which brings up the way it influences the way we dress. If you hear songs that have clothing brands in it you are more likely to go out and buy that type of clothing or see your favorite artist wearing that brand so music is very influential in our lives.

music puts you in whatever mood the music is about cause it reminds you of something that has happen or a time you remember to relate to the song

Music is a complex thing, I'm a metalhead so when in listen to metal that is say anti religion I don't' hate religon anymore than before. That can be different for everyone. Radio Music is mostly about partying and being wreckless. Which can be a fault of today's generation being a bunch of careless and wreckless people.
