I write this thread here because I want to know if anyone drinks alcohol here. Another thing which could very well interest me is how much and what you drink.

You can also write your own opinion here. For example I drink alcohol because I think it is a part of life BUT I only drink sometimes when it is friday / saturday when I'm going out with friends into a disco or sth else. I'm 17 years old now and almost 18. Here in germany you can 'start' to buy it when you are 16 (beer, wine)

How are the 'rules' where you live?

Of course, I don't understand people who don't drink. Life is more fun when you're drunk. Also I drink vodka, heineken and corona.

Go to the clubs pretty much every Wednesday and Weekends

I'm 20 and I could or could have drank anytime I wanted to growing up but beer tastes like shit to me so I've only had it a few times, plus once you drink you feel like shit that night and the day after so why the fuck drink it?

I live in Buffalo and we have one of the latest 'last calls' in the US at 4am lol. That means you can basically stay at a bar all night.

Not anymore for personal reasons (I was sexually assaulted while incapacitated by a female, not as fun as you would think when you can't do anything about it) and health reasons. I don't enjoy being drunk, nor do I enjoy being around drunks when most drunks are just assholes. I rather not alter my cognitive abilities or just smoke weed (which I know alters cognitive abilities, but nowhere near the extent of alcohol.)

Occasionally, but not a heavy drinker. If you don't drink that fine I have done nights out with no drinking and had a blast.

21 to buy or drink here in America, as most everyone knows.

I do drink but only when I go out with my friends. Usually every other weekend or so. I'm a big fan of Bud Light Platinum here in the U.S. or Fireball Whiskey.

I tend to avoid it, but if I really need to have some time to myself then yeah I suppose, but I rarely ever do drink :p.
