If it's something that is really bothering you then I would suggest seeing a doctor about it. They'll probably refer you to a counselor or therapist that can help you overcome these feelings. If they need to they will also prescribe medication for it.
The only downside is it can get kind of expensive. However, if they determine it's a medical issue then a lot of times your medical insurance (if you have it), will pay for the meetings.
