(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); For approximately one year now I've been having suicidal thoughts based on the mental idea that I feel like ive never been good enough. That I have caused more pain than joy to my family and evidently this has lead to me having a want to kill myself.

I've been to doctors etc for help which actually worked for a shlrt spell. Ive noticed that happiness is a very rare thing for me. Im grateful for everything I have. But I wake up each morning and ask myself "whats the point?". I want to die as much as the mentally sound person wants to live and I don't know what to do.

Have any of you experienced emotional trauma that has left you feeling the same as myself?

Honestly man, I wouldn't say do It. I don't know how old you are, but I've been through that. I don't have much feelings/emotions. But I've been to the point where I wanted to do things like bad with my bad past life. But you should look at life as something you want to conquer, think of It as a game in a way. Are you going to fail/lose or are you going to win? Cause no body likes a quitter. You can talk to me If you'd like man. I've been through a lot so I could relate.
I have a lot to say If you'd like help, just skype me.

This is just an obstacle and no matter what you do, there will always be thoughts of doing this. Just remember, there are lots of people in this world who wouldn't want you to die, especially in that way. Including us, the members of NextGenUpdate are here for you and if you ever need anything, you can Private Message me.

Suicide usually is brought upon someone by experiencing tough times or experiencing loss of loved ones or even sentimental things such as online gaming, tv shows, etc. But no matter the case, you should rethink your decision because it's really not worth it. If you look back on all the good times you've received from life, you can say that life has a countless amounts of benefits and bad things about it as well. But it's all about knowing when to not give up and get back on your feet. If you choose to continue going, you can go nowhere but up and eventually you'll be the best person you can be.

I'm not going to speak for anyone else here, but i'm sure a lot of people would be sad to hear that a member of our community committed suicide and for that matter, someone that I haven't even gotten the chance to meet. Everyone should have the chance to freely ride along in life and go off on their own to experience the good and bad of life and what it has to offer.

Being good enough, is being the best that you can be. Earning things in life is always about what you work for. If you offer yourself and give your all into something, there's no limits to what you can receive out of life. I just think that you should work hard to do whatever you want in life to ensure that you continue among the right path and the right people so that you can be the best person in your right state of mind. I grew up without my father, and he attempted to kill my mother, I've had some times where I thought I didn't belong in this corrupted world, but there's a feeling of friendship that always pulls me back together and that's when I found NGU. At the time they were a kind forum and it was like a second nature to me. You should always find that one thing that completely separates you from life so that you can have a place to get away and expand your knowledge and share your feelings whether they're physical or emotional. Hope this changes your mind, as there is a lot more to life that what meets the eye and you can accomplish great things if you set yourself out to do it.

Perhaps you should take some time off school or work or whatever and go on a holiday and just forget about everything and enjoy yourself. Although suicide may seem like the easy way out once you kill your self more people will be hurt then you probably realise. As people have said stay posititive and consider other options! Winky Winky

Don't know if you're still contemplating this, but I personally do not know what you are going through so I'm not really the one to talk. But the advise I give to all my friends is that rather than actually doing it, just live the remainder of your life however you feel like. I mean you was willing to die right? So why not go do something that you used to fear, do something that otherwise held you back, I assume you've thought about suicide for a long time right? So you have no fear against death now, you're able to be even more free, and be even more happy. I'm not saying go do something stupid like rob a bank, just do something that you wouldn't do before. Live your life to the fullest bro, don't let fear or any mentality stop you otherwise. Go to that girl that you first fell in love with and tell her how much you want her, I mean what's the worst that can happen? You was up against death before, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about now.
