Alright you overweight plebs, time to get the fuck off of your couch and lose weight fast.

Just kidding.

Anyways, I'm going to start doing 7 day water fastings on and off for 6 months and am going to document the results on here and at the end of the 6 months I will post pictures of a before and after of my body just to give you an idea of what this fasting/diet can do for you.

Details On The Diet
During this diet I will begin by eating nothing but fresh uncooked fruit for 2 days, so that all the food I eat previously does not just sit in my colon and rot (Fresh uncooked fruit won't rot in your colon). Then I will resume with 7 days of only drinking cold water. By only drinking cold water and not hot/warm/room temp water, my body will burn more calories by heating the water to body temp.

After the 7 days of water fasting, I will have 4 days of small low calorie meals, 1 cheat day, and 2 days of fresh uncooked fruit. And wash, rinse, repeat for 6 months.

I'm estimating with this diet I will be able to lose about 40 - 60 pounds (depending on exercise activity)

Does anyone have any opinions about this

Also, Is anyone willing to participate in this diet with me for however long you want? I just recommend documenting your weight on the day before you start and the day after you finish just to give everyone an idea on how this diet can help them.

Current Weight

Current Weight (10/2/15): 253 Pounds
Weight at beginning of fast (9/29/15): 263 Pounds

I think it was that shane guy on youtube who lost weight way too fast and had to get surgery because his organs were completely fucked.


and those stupid fucking bmi tests cant tell the difference between muscle and fat so u would be a professional weight lifter and be 6ft 2 and 275lbs and look like your made of stone and the bmi will say your obese. also i thought it was generally known these diets dont fucking work only dumbasses fall for them

ok but hes 100lb's, i dont think its a wild guess that he's not a body building.

also what are you even talking about, if you pay 45$ now for my JUICEFAST kit which supplied 5 litres of orange juice you could lose over 10lb's in a week!!!!

ref weight is calculated by getting the weight of a 5 cent coin (5grams or so) and dividing it into 10 lb's

That juice diet and even this water diet kam is on about isn't really good for you. Better to have a balanced diet, the diet exactly depends on said goals though.

I still have a lot of fat... Trying to cut down on it and get some muscle. Puberty is coming late for me Sal

You're still very young, I'd say eat better and just hit the gym. Learn about weight lifting and form all that kinda stuff. Before you know it you'll be fit and put on muscle slowly. The #1 thing you can do is research everything google and youtube is your best friend. Any question you have google it and look at many different answers.

This diet could work but will probably do you more bad than good. I say this because your body needs the correct amount of macronutrients to maintain your current muscle mass. So if you continue with this water fasting diet, when your done, you will have a paucity amount of muscle mass. Your muscles will also be extremelyyyyyy weak due to the fact you wont be consuming enough protein to keep your muscles healthy and solid (protein is called the building blocks of muscle for a reason). And if you do resistance workouts, especially without proper nutrition, you are SUFFERING YOUR BODY. If you wanna do fasting then just do Intermittent Fasting. During your fasting hours you drink strictly water just like your fasting water diet.

Everything you said is great but as a young teen, aka a Noobie, he would grow muscle fast as helllllll due to the fact his testosterone and other hormones are so high that it basically asks you to workout so you put those hormones to use. Youtube is my friend
