He created the 11th Prestige EBOOT all I did was just edit it to 10th.

38 C0 00 0B 3C E0 01

Then change 0B to rank you desire 0A Is 10th Prestige

01 should be First Prestige

09 Should be 9th prestige

Fill in the blanks

Move here

/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31270/USRDIR

(This should work on EU versions as well but the BLUS will have BLES and Cods id there)

Fixed the issue the hex code I posted was wrong it was 0B not 0A (I stupidly uploaded unchanged one /facepalm}
