He created the 11th Prestige EBOOT all I did was just edit it to 10th.

Just go to online private match and press left DPAD

Open the elf in HXD and search
38 C0 00 0B 3C E0 01

Then change 0B to rank you desire 0A Is 10th Prestige

01 should be First Prestige

09 Should be 9th prestige

Fill in the blanks

Move here

/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31270/USRDIR

(This should work on EU versions as well but the BLUS will have BLES and Cods id there)

I try all prestige eboots and dont work for me.... i dont understand
one thing,we have to put the first prestige eboot on the first squad menber
and the 2 prestige eboot on the second squad menbers etc etc ?!!
when cames out a Ghosts EBOOT Builder like MW3?! Sory about

Just try which prestige EBOOT you want and go to online private match and press left dpad once it starts.

Thanks for that mate, and for people who dont know how to use an eboot, you shouldnt be on this forum, seriously, you need to navigate to your game patch and data in Awesome file manager, copy the eboot over, launch your game, simple
