38 C0 00 0B 3C E0 01

Then change 0B to rank you desire 0A Is 10th Prestige

01 should be First Prestige

09 Should be 9th prestige

Fill in the blanks

Move here

/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31270/USRDIR

(This should work on EU versions as well but the BLUS will have BLES and Cods id there)

unlock all the things, perks,weapons,titles,etc....
i have a litlle afraid to put the ps3 on DEX and try the
RTM tools,but sinceraly i dont understand very well the way
to work whith the RTM tools

You can RTM on CEX there is no reason for me to make an EBOOT with mods and I don't believe in online cheating or leaderboard hacks I have no problem with rank as it doesn't mean anything but I don't like stat changes or all perks.
